Twelve welcomes Amber Mihna of Staglin Family Vineyards to a 5 course wine dinner featuring the acclaimed wines from the historic Napa Valley estate that sits on the Rutherford Bench. Twelve Sommelier Jenn Forge was drawn to Staglin wines not only for their exquisite wines, but also for their mission.

Join us for a memorable evening celebrating the 50th anniversary of the historic Judgement of Paris tasting; an iconic event that put the wines of California up against the best in France. Twelve Sommelier Jenn Forge will guide guests through an impeccable selection of the famed and featured wines from various vintages while sharing the history and significance of the event alongside a 5-course menu curated by Executive Chef Hannah Ryder.
Featured wineries include Napa Valley's Heitz Cellars, Chateau Montelena, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, and the world-renowned first growth Château Haut-Brion of Bordeaux. Jenn is also excited to share rare selections from her personal cellar brought back from Napa.

Twelve welcomes guests for a five course wine dinner featuring Moric, the acclaimed Austrian winery founded by Roland Velich and known for redefining Blaufränkisch and the wines of Burgenland. Moric has earned international recognition for its elegant, terroir driven wines that showcase depth, structure, and remarkable purity.
This evening highlights a selection of Moric’s distinctive bottlings, paired with a seasonal tasting menu from the Twelve kitchen. Twelve Sommelier Jenn Forge has invited Heather Meyer with Winemonger Wine Merchant to guide guests through the wines and share insight into the philosophy and craftsmanship behind one of Austria’s most celebrated producers.

Founded in 1863, located in the heart of Castiglione Falletto in the heart of Barolo, Brovia is a highly respected, traditional, family-owned operation that has been classic examples from Piedmont since its founding.

Valentine’s Week at EVO runs February 10 through 15 with a limited time steakhouse style menu reimagined EVO style featuring vegetable forward Mediterranean inspired dishes plus marinated sirloin salmon steak and roasted cauliflower steak. On February 14, EVO offers a Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner for $130 per person with a coursed menu designed for a celebratory night out. Reservations are encouraged.
