Founded in 2010 by Casey Prentice, Prentice Hospitality Group is focused on the operations of a diverse group of hospitality businesses. With chef-driven concepts Twelve and Evo Kitchen + Bar, classic New England hotel Chebeague Island Inn, premiere catering team 58 Culinary, and the private House Island off the coast of Portland, PHG is constantly reinventing what hospitality means in the Northeast.

At Chebeague Island Inn, our passion for the island and surrounding region is no more apparent than in the kitchen where our Chef transforms seasonal, local ingredients into elegant dishes that would be right at home in Maine’s trendiest restaurants.

A Casco Bay landmark, Portland’s iconic House Island is the nautical threshold into the city’s picturesque harbor. Now home to both luxurious accommodations and event venues, the private island estate boasts bay vistas in every direction and stunning views of the Old Port and its hallmark lighthouses. Owned and managed by the Maine Harbor Club, overnight and event guests are welcome throughout the year
